The Economic Policy & Planning Department produces macroeconomic analysis, forecasts and policy advice that underpin the national budget and reform agenda.

Responsibilities

• Produce macroeconomic forecasts and the macro-fiscal framework
• Prepare economic bulletins and policy briefs
• Coordinate national development planning
• Conduct policy research and impact analysis
• Engage with research institutions and development partners
